We have the following room types
* Single $340.00 per week
* Twin-share $210.00 per person per week
* 5-Share female room $190.00 per person per week
Rates are for a minimum stay of 4 weeks. Different rates apply for stays under 4 wks
Weekly rent includes:
* FREE internet on our in-house computer terminals
* Wireless internet with your own laptop $10.00 for 800mbs per week
* All communal facilities are cleaned daily
* Room cleaning once a week
* Coin operated laundry facilities
* Fully equipped kitchen with your own plates, cutlery, food storage cupboard and fridge space
* Study desk, chairs and television in your room
* Fresh linen and towels are provided
* All bills included (water, electricity)
On check-in we require the following payments in cash.
* 4 weeks rent
* Bond of one weeks rent, refunded on check out
* One off cleaning fee of $30.00 per person for the entire stay.
