RATES for 1-2 guests in December/January is $250 per night (unless under existing lease commenced prior to those dates)
SHORTER TERM RATES FOR 1-2 GUESTS (when available) February to November 2006 inclusive:-
Less than 5 days – rates upon application
$145 per night for 5-7 days;
$135 per night for 8-14 days;
$125 per night for 15-27 days;
NOTE: Any 3rd or 4th guest (adult or child) is an extra $15 per person per night for all bookings up to 12 weeks length. (Only 2 persons may stay for bookings longer than 12 weeks)
